Ease of check in, friendliness of the bar staff in lobby, the food at the restaurant, offering GF bread at breakfast and the friendly staff

the breakfast needed fresher produce instead of shelved like mushrooms, the fireplace could have been on to make it nicer in the lobby and the heating should have been less, it was too warm for many people

"NO PET FRIENDLY"

El trato del personal, las instalaciones y el magnífico desayuno. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el hotel en un año.

Precio abusivo para las mascotas (quién viaja con ellas), que ha subido exponencialmente de 15 a 50€/ noche y mascota estos últimos meses. No se ofrece ningún servicio extra. Además, la noche de fin de año se celebra en la zona de recepción- comedor, un espacio diáfano y que comunica a través de pasillos con las habitaciones, y que nos impidió descansar (también a las mascotas) hasta que acabó la música. Todo lo descrito anteriormente, no es una crítica a las normas del establecimiento, pero si nos quejamos de la poca información relativa a ello en este reservador (booking) y la falta de empatía del hotel, al negarse a cancelar una reserva "No reembolsable", después de solicitar la admisión de las macostas y que nos informaran del nuevo precio, no citado en ningún apartado.

"Assez froid en hiver mais bien pour une nuit"

La proximité des golfs, le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel

En hiver , c’est le palais des courants d’air, très froid comme déco et il faut bcp chauffer la chambre . La salle de sport est très froide aussi.
