Tout était parfait dans la villa, le personnel et le petit-déjeuner

L'hôtel est isolé, loin des plages et des commerces. Il y a bien une navette gratuite de l'hôtel vers la plage et vers une seule boutique ''pepito'', mais les horaires ne sont pas respectés, nous avons dû attendre un bon moment, surtout au retour de la plage.....

We absolutely loved the villa — it’s very spacious, comfortable, and fully met our expectations. Any questions or minor issues we had were resolved quickly, and the staff was always available and ready to help, even assisting us with our luggage. We would especially like to highlight the staff — they were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. Komang adi- thank u brother🫂 Thank you very much for the wonderful stay and excellent service! Красивый отель с прекрасным персоналом. Завтраки вкусные, вам могут его принести на виллу или можете сходить в ресторан. Мы брали массажи и были в восторге. С нами всегда были на связи и помогали решать любые вопросы. Вас могут бесплатно отвезти в супермаркет Пепито или на пляж Пандава, советуем клаб Timbis Beach

One of the best customer service we've ever received in Bali. Villa was exactly as pictured. HUGE bathroom. Super comfy bed. All kitchen facilities, private pool, massive bathtub, wifi, room service, two aircons one in bedroom and main living area. Private pool was cleaned well with easy access straight into bathroom. The best part of this villa is the exceptional service by the team and so convinient via whatsapp. They assisted us so promptly with every request and genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Nothing was too much to ask for. The staff really made this experience exceptional!

Not much we didn't like. You have to remember what you are paying for. Some things to mindful for travellers: - villa is on main luxury hotel strip, so can't walk to any shops, but using grab app, everything is a few minutes away - breakfast buffet was some pastries, fruit, juices etc, best to order ala carte (chicken sandwich for the win!) - cleaning staff need to be more thorough and move furniture when doing full clean up
