Мы здесь уже не первый раз , с удовольствием приедем еще. В этот раз взяли виллу побольше. Кухня очень удобная. Уборка хорошая. Меня здесь все устраивает.

"Thank you to the staff, but the property we stayed in did not meet expectations."

The staff. They were hard working and always made sure we were welcome. They were honest and provided service with a smile. Thank you to the receptionists, spa, kitchen, cleaning, and buggy & delivery service staff.

The facilities, it seemed superficial and poorly maintained. This caused us to check out from the property 2 days early. The hot water was inadequate for the price. The bathroom fittings are outdated. Some villas were affected by rain water leakage. I don’t think that this is fair for the price, as I have stayed in locations with better amenities and lower pricing . I am directing this feedback to the owner of this establishment who clearly did not keep up standards despite this being a resort. As mentioned before only the staff provided positive experience for us.

Очень приветливый, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал! Вкусные завтраки. Ресторан в самом отеле с хорошей кухней. Цены не дороже, чем в городе. То же самое с ценами на спа услуги. Ухоженная территория. Бесплатный трансфер до ближайшего пляжа и супермаркета. Просторные комнаты. Новая качественная и очень красивая мебель. Удобные матрасы. Мы жили на вилле со своим бассейном. На территории есть большой общий бассейн. В нем всегда было свободно. Нормальный wi fi!

Отель не новый, но в нем чисто и уютно. Немного далековато от пляжа.

The staff were amazing, the villa was amazing and huge. The food was fantastic and very well priced.

Nusa dua, was not showing the Superbowl. That was important for me.

Everything was perfect about this property! Massive room/pool and space above the villa to relax. The breakfast was really yummy and the staff super helpful and friendly. Would definitely be back again
