Everything I had no problems with anything

The noise level among the guests and housekeeping was beyond normal. Housekeeping started at about 9:00am and it seemed to be a door slamming competition between the towel remover, housekeeping and the guests. I have not experienced this level of door slamming in a long time. I made the manager aware and he stated that they would take suggestions into consideration? Too late…I did not ask for a refund just wanted to make them aware that they need to train staff on how to properly handle the doors when cleaning the rooms or removing the trash. As far as the guests, they were just pure rude. It was a heavy door but I made sure that I did it just let it slam.

Easy fast check in. Beds really comfortable.

No coffee pot or microwave in room. Room had a musty smell in bathroom. Dipshit cleaning staff knocking on the door at 8am to clean room. A/c made really loud humming noise when it kicked on.

Nice clean hotel, needs a better breakfast. Room gets hot then cold. Very humid in the room because there’s no bathroom fan

I have never seen such a beautiful hotel and I will stay there again

The breakfast was excellent the coffee and the quietness. I also liked the parking always one available cloe to entrance-I liked the beds very white- the television was easy to use- The bathroom had everything I needed plenty of towels. I like the Bathtub. USB Connections for the cell phone-The couch-and chairs-the desk--Well furnished room. I also liked THE LOCATION was excellent for me because my contacts at and the church I was going to visit where a few blocks away.

I wish the third floor was not under construction because I always like the top floor floor rooms with nice views.-THE HOTEL HAD ELEVEATOR WITH CARD BOARD ON WALLS BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION--I REQUESTED A ROOM WITH A VIEW--I got the Center room looking out the front PITCH ROOF TILE ROOF of the Lobby Valet front driveway-- "I called it THE VOLCANO OF "TEJAS"--Tejas in Spanish is RED TILE FOR SPANISH COLONIAL ROOFS--AND TEXAS --SOME PEOPLE SPELL IT TEJAS--LOL! - I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN AND HOPEFULLY I get a betetr room in the third floor to see the city lights at night and the day scenery.

They were remodeling.

It seemed like it was closed due to remodeling. I felt that the company should send guest a message prior to booking to inform them of the remodeling & name change.
