This is a great location and the grounds are FANTASTIC! It is quiet when you want it quiet, but it's easy to have fun with your children without disturbing others. We were on the ground floor (garden apt, some call it) and that allowed quick and easy access to the grounds.

Location, although dated, the property and the apartment provide everything we need.

Dated. One of the residents is rude. There is a cockroach in our apartment.

Great position, shops and amenities near by

The checkin lady was very unhelpful and didn’t seem to know anything about the resort or surrounds. We had just travelled from New York, it was a very hot day. Although we got there before checkin time, she couldn’t offer any place to store our bags but to go and sit around by the pool. It was way to hot so we had to try and find some shade. She omitted to tell us that there were toilet facilities and a ice machine at the pool. In fact every guest we spoke to stated they didn’t know there were toilets in the pool area. They r not signposted and we only found them by accident a few days later. We also asked if there were any shops nearby which she states there was not. Surprise surprise they were only about two blocks away.

The location was nice

I was never called back about our refrigerator. It stopped working 2 days into our stay.

Staff were friendly and everything was provided.
