Beautiful, lots to do

I know it’s a slippery slope, but you could leave some common items that the previous guests left. Example: laundry detergent, zip lock bags, spices, etc. Also the tv in b305 master would not work (other than the volume and power) in the master bedroom. Had to manually change channels.

The amenities and the space! AC and great location

-Except the AC units being very old, noisy and barely functioning, the unit we stayed in was pretty new, probably recently renovated. The two baths and the quality TV and internet connection was very useful for us. -The Garden is pretty good and the grass area is well maintained. -The pool and hot tub are functioning and ok. -The staff on booking response team is very responsive to questions. Friendly folks. Try using it instead of phones. -Lots of lovely restaurants down the south. -Amazing sunset -Central location to many places in the island.

-Little to no service in the entire complex if you are looking like a hotel/resort like experience. Be aware this is not a hotel (for example no towel service). We stayed in many condo hotels in Maui and this was (other than renovated room) one of the worst compared to price performance. Price initially seemed. But we had friends stayed literally next door apartment sharing the garden to half price. (With 100% sea view) -The neighbourhood is not the best. -The beach is not good to swim we went to Ulua beach everyday. Didnt see anybody swimming either. Not even once. -Somehow didnt feel safe. (Even though we didnt have any real issue) -it had super high booking rating (it was 8.8 or 8.9), (we trust booking ratings a lot, first time a bit disappointed. )Usually this high ratings blow away expectations.

The space was pretty good for the trip. When it was time to relax, it felt relaxing enough. Everything functioned fairly well despite its apparent age(not a deal breaker for us). BBQ grills were a really nice touch along with the carts to load and unload bags/groceries. Supermarkets are within a short walk (8mins or so). Overall I feel like I would come back and stay here again in the future. Washing machine in the unit was just icing on the cake.

If I had to nitpick, I'd say that the furniture was just a tad outdated, or just needed a little maintenance. Definitely not a deal breaker.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, and had many nice amenities. It was close and central to everything we wanted to do.

The beach was a little rocky for our kids. We visited other beaches to spend the day.

Loved the resort. Very casual and family oriented. Will definitely go there again.
