My stay at the resort couldn’t get better. The resort is beautiful it was one of the best place in CNX!. All staff was professional they could give all information and services during my stay. The amenities in the room is fully offered.

Loved every moment. Beautiful grounds, location was good for shops, bars, restaurants, markets. The staff Eng and Ian were amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back

Beautiful and serene. Staff were top-notch, and breakfast was mind-blowingly good. You get to have a huge array of breakfast items right on the river. The room was a decent size, got the deluxe garden room, which may. It be most private as you can see people walking the grounds of the resort, which means they can see you too. But they have two layers of blinds for this, so it’s not a big deal. Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom was great. Location is convenient compared to Chiang Mai’s other top end luxury resorts, lots of restaurants within walking distance and it’s a very short ride to the old city and Nimman.

A wonderful stay here in June 2025. Cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and the level of attentive service their amazing staff provide. A special mention of Pim who was fantastic as our check in host. The room was spacious and comfortable. The grounds are tranquil and were a perfect setting for a much needed break from work. Breakfast buffet is huge and diverse with food catering to all needs. Cocktails at the bar were also a good mid afternoon treat. The location is outside of Old Town but a short 15 minute walk to popular sightseeing walking routes. If staying outside of Old Town this hotel would easily be the best choice when compared to those in the same area.

We held our wedding here and all we can say is super shoutout to Nana and team, we had the best magical wedding moment ever. Thank you so much!

Fantastic food and brilliant drinks (loved the ankle biter). The staff are exceptional with a shout-out to "P" at Bodhi Terrace and "Den" at 1921 House. Thank you for everything. The attention to detail in the room is wonderful. If you need anything at all you have to do is ask! Nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so friendly. Situated right on the river, which helps keep the heat at bay, the night market is just down the road, well worth a visit. Also, the old town is only a short 10 minute drive away. Highly recommended this wonderful hotel

The overall experience was very nice. I loved the food, swimming pool and especially the room had everything to spend a perfect holiday with family. Staffs were kind, the service was great. What an amazing stay. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. The staff, facilities, and food were amazing. Everything within the premises is around making you feel wonderful. We started our week with a massage and an IV drip that was awesome. Followed by a complimentary river cruise. Additionally our day trip to the elephant park, long neck village and the gems factory were all perfect due to the tour guide the Anantara arranged. If you are going to Chiang Mai it a must stay.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Anantara Chiang Mai. The property is beautiful, the service is stunning, and it is well located. I will start by saying my daughter celebrated her birthday while we were there, and they went above and beyond to celebrate her! When we arrived, we found a small birthday cake in our room, complete with a candle, as well as the drape across the foot of one of the beds said "Happy Birthday". It wasn't even her birthday yet! On her actual birthday, we were surprised at breakfast by staff with some candles in a few muffins singing Happy Birthday to her. As if that wasn't enough, later that day, as we enjoyed afternoon tea on the river cruise (delicious!), they brought out another cake for her, but this one was to celebrate her recent college graduation! Overall, the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay special. The room was very comfortable, the AC was amazingly cool and I loved knowing I had a nice cool place to go at the end of each sweaty day lol. In addition, the hotel is steps away from one of the night markets. So each night we would just head on over and walk around and eventually get something to eat before returning. Overall and great stay at a beautiful resort in the heart of Chiang Mai.
