The best run hotel in Thailand. Very personal. They entire staff makes you feel special. The design of the hotel and location are superb. You can walk everywhere. The best Italian food in Thailand is literally across the street at Piccola Roma. I've stayed there at least 20 times and simply can't get enough. We had our wedding on 1st June 2025 at Anantara Chiang Mai, and it was the most unforgettable experience of our lives. Our special day began with a meaningful Chinese tea ceremony in the morning, followed by a white and green garden-themed wedding in the evening — elegant, peaceful, and filled with love. Then a magical reception and an unforgettable after-party with a live DJ Even though it was the rainy season, we were incredibly lucky to have perfect weather on the day. We truly believe it was the result of all the blessings from our family, friends, and the support of Khun Nana (Namneung), who guided us beautifully through every step. We also prayed to the God of Spirits at Anantara, and we believe their blessings helped everything go smoothly. The wedding package included accommodation, and our stay at the resort was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and peaceful — a perfect space for both us and our guests to relax and enjoy. We want to give our sincere thanks to all the management and staff at Anantara Chiang Mai. Everyone was so kind and attentive — we truly felt the heart in their service. The entire Anantara staff went above and beyond to make our guests feel welcome and pampered. We received so many compliments from our family and friends — they were genuinely impressed by the service, the attentiveness, and the serene beauty of the resort. Everyone loved it, and so did we. A very special thanks to Khun Namneung (Nana), who coordinated everything from the beginning. She updated us regularly over the course of many months and was always so thoughtful. Beyond being our coordinator, she became a true friend. We’re also deeply grateful to: Khun Jojo, our wedding planner, who brought our vision to life with amazing decor and detailed planning. Khun Yokza, Khun Gbunp, and Khun Charissa – and many more staff who stood by us on the wedding day and treated us with such kindness. The entire F&B and service team, who made our guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food was super amazing. Khun Vokeng, the photographer/videographer team, for capturing every beautiful moment — we now have so many memories to treasure. Our makeup artist (Khun Meaw) and hairstylist (Khun Keng), for making us look and feel our best — we truly loved the final look! This was more than just a wedding — it was a once-in-a-lifetime memory that we’ll carry in our hearts forever. We will definitely be back — and next time, with our little one. We can’t wait to show our baby the beautiful place where mommy and daddy got married and made their vows. 🤍 Thank you, Anantara Chiang Mai, for turning our dream wedding into reality

The staff made all the difference. They were all so kind, obliging and warm. The spa (massage) was also great, the rooms were spacious and lovely (the 105 squ suites were particularly nice), and the pool a delight to lounge by (though the weather was our friend). The place felt more like a resort than a hotel. They also organised cars and white water rafting and elephant parks (no riding of course) - I know none of that is hard, but they did it, the whole day went without a hitch and we had a lovely time

I truly loved my stay at Anantara Chiangmai property—everything was wonderful and very well taken care of. We went for business meeting and the team had fun.

A lovely resort vibe right in the heart of the city! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the Resort Manager, Khun Kai, went above and beyond & super friendly. Dining at Bodhi Terrace was a highlight. I’ll be back on my next trip to Chiang Mai

The staff is amazing, the rooms are luxurious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was top notch. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone.
