Nice and simple place. Good breakfast for €5. Could also have dinner. The 2 managers were very nice and helpful. Good wifi in rooms.
Camas y tv muy pequeñas.Solo el baño está bien.Los recepcionistas no saben manejar el sistema.El suelo está desnivelado y las paredes sucias.Si quieres desayunar tienes que decirlo el dia de antes.

We read reviews of different hotels before we booked & we are happy we chose to stay with St Etienne. The proximity to the Sanctuary, Train station & very good reviews made us decide to choose St Etienne. At the Airport, we missed the bus by few minutes & we didnt want to wait another hour. We joined with 3 other people to take taxi ( van ) for €40 total. They charge €35 for 4. We decided to book breakfast the night before. For the price of € 5.30 we had a filling breakfast . We highly recommend this hotel.
Très bon accueil a l'arrivé de l'hôtel Et le'personnel est disponible et souriant. Cependant,a la réservation,Il Est noté que l'hôtel dispose d'u parking gratuit..Ce qui n'est pas du tout vrai. Le parking sont en faite des places dans la rue gratuite. Ils vous indiquent' où se trouvent les places Et c'est au petit bonheur la chance si on en trouve.. Sinon la chambre est confortable et le rapport-qualité prix Est Bon.
Very nice place for reasonable price. 15 min walk to the railway station and 5 minutes to Lourdes. It's on the main Street to Lourdes church. Lot of restaurants nearby.

We were late in checking out by 10 minutes and the cleaning crew were already throwing stuff out of our room. I lost some of my purchases. Otherwise, had they waited a little bit for us to check our stuff, then, I wouldn't have lost some of our things.
Location very good, no tea making facilities in room, no safe, did not eat there, only found one English speaking staff member. The Italian gift shop lady, attached to the hotel, was most helpful though. No English channels on tv, in my room anyway
