Super 8 by Wyndham White River Junction

My husband and i spent an overnite on our way to the Cape. The bed was not great...the pillows need replacing. The food selection was very poor. The hotel definitely needs some love and an upgrade. The staff were friendly and pleasent. Internet worked if you needed it. It was well located yo the highway. We were only tgere to dleep so it did the job.

Came in for the night to move family in school in northfield and it was a convenient stay just 40 minutes away from the school front desk was extremely nice and helpful stay was great

This hotel was terrible. For the price we paid and what we saw when we arrived, we should have asked for a refund and kept driving. But it was late and we carried in our young son already asleep. There were stains everywhere. Cigarette holes all over the blankets. A hole punched in the wall, a hole in the bathroom door. Gross rust or mold all along the smoke alarm and wires. The tub was disgusting. Missing floor between the bathroom and the rest of the room. The microwave and fridge both plugged into a lamp. Weird drug smells. Uncomfortable beds. Not enough parking, part of the lot was closed off so we had to park in the grass. Everything about this hotel was disappointing. We paid $130+ for this yucky place -so not worth it. Don't stay here!

We booked for 3 nights and stayed as we were on a long move. The room was stinking with damp carpet. There were holes in the wall, in the bathroom door,”. Bathroom was terrible. The shower curtain was so long that it was flowing loose in the bathtub we had to dodge stepping on it while showering as it was slimy. No towel rods and not even a hook to hang the clothes or towel. The hooks in the doors were plucked out leaving hole in the door. Reported the damp carpet to the reception person saying looks like steam cleaned the carpet to remove some stains as we saw big and small stains on the carpet and she dismissed it saying she isn’t aware of any steam cleaning. Didn’t offer to change the room either. Instead said they are looking to renovate the rooms. Then they shouldn’t be charging at the same rate now! Anyways we have never had this kind of worst experience in hotel stay until now.

When the toilet overflowed they had no one to fix it and we had to move ourselves to another room No rooms available on ground floor and no elevator

The pictures shown online are not what you get when you go there. Very disappointing. Owners of this hotel need to step up and renovate this hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone and everyone I told about it knew how bad it was

Upon arrival we were a little sketched out by the looks of the property. We checked in with a very nice front desk associate who accommodated my request to be around the back of the building as I was traveling with a dog. Upon opening the room the musty smell really hit us in the face the ceiling was cracking there were stains on the walls and on the floor. The beds were very hard and lumpy. There was a little space outside where you could sit and even use the outdoor grill. All night long we either heard people upstairs on the second floor or people in the laundry room which was to the right of our room did not make for a good night's sleep in the hard lumpy beds the next morning we checked out they did not even ask us why we were leaving a day early this motel is dog friendly however I would not recommend it to anyone.

I requested a refund… would not stay, it was too scary of a place.

Clearly this is not a motor hotel but a live in residence for itinerants and should be billed as such. Toilet- disgusting. Carpet cleanliness- disgusting. I am sure my Ambien was stolen.
