I went there to enjoy the pool but I won't go in it because the stairs and ladders were slimy and dirty on the bottom

"Love the employees & pool! Room should have been cleaned better. Not safe when things are not vacuumed up."

Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was clean.

My room appeared clean until I moved the little ottomans from under the desk and there was two blue clear Advils on the floor. Thankfully kids did not get to them. Also there is tape on the wall behind the door maybe from a party or something prior to my stay. Usually the rooms are clean. Not sure what happened but I am grateful I found the Advil before the kids.

"Hotel would not compensate for no breakfast even though we paid for it."

Location close to highway

Paid for breakfast included. There was no breakfast available that morning. Only yesterday's coffee. No lids for coffee cup to go. Would like compensation refunded to my card.
