Property condition. Was very unkempt, over grown landscaping, noisy, for the cost facility could have been much more modern.

Bugs in the bathroom, broken toilet, loud ac, over priced and when I went to check out the clerk was on heroin nodding off. No joke.

Very typical of similar motels, basic breakfast, coffee so-so, pool looked nice but didn't use, briefly used the workout room,
