Casa Laguna Hotel & Spa

This hotel is a gorgeous retreat. The design, the service, the location, and comfort all phenomenal. I really enjoyed my stay!

Very quaint and unique boutique style property. Beautiful flowers and plants everywhere. Some of the rooms are extraordinarily small, but still nice. The suites offer much more space, but have some considerable road noise, as they are on Pacific Coast Hwy. Lovely complimentary breakfast and excellent service! The parking is a bit of a nightmare/ challenge, especially if you have a large vehicle. Overall, I recommend it and plan to return!

Wonderful pool, breakfast is great, beds and sheets fantastic, employees are a true asset to the hotel. Parking is a bit challenging but okay. General overall stay is a great experience.

Location and quaintness

We chose Case Laguna for a few reasons. 1. They were pet-friendly to our golden retriever 2. The hotel looked like a Spanish villa with gorgeous designs 3. The reviews said they focused on service. They delivered in all areas and exceeded our expectations. We cannot say enough good things about this property. Let's start with 1. Many hotels in Laguna have a small weight limit on pets, which Casa did not 2. The design was stunning. From small garden fountains, picturesque views from every corner, a luxurious pool area, and the feeling as if you stepped inside a Mediterranean villa, everything was top tier. 3. The service was truly above the best. I have loathed spending $900 to $1200 per night and receiving no service and blank stares from 5-star hotels. As an avid traveller, service is almost non-existent at some top luxury chains. Casa Laguna delivered value in great pricing and amazing service! They care about their guests and are very attentive to every need. Welcome drinks, poolside music, breakfast included with a European feel, and staff who felt like friends inquiring about our visit. Thank you again Casa Laguna!

This hotel is a true gem with a charming European feel. The service is impeccable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The hotel is wonderfully dog-friendly, with beautiful views of the ocean. They have thoughtful touches like a welcome drinks, live music by the pool, and a daily breakfast that made us feel as if we were staying at an upscale Mediterranean inn. What made our stay even more special was the sense of camaraderie among the guests, everyone felt like old friends as we shared the experience together. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were lovely and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I would book a larger room next time as this room is small. It was fine for 2 nights but a longer stay would have been uncomfortable. The walk to the beach from the hotel is not fun. You have to walk on the street up and down big hills and stairs, I was not expecting that at all but the beach is definitely worth the trip. The FREE bus was a pleasant surprise and stops right in front of the hotel and takes you all around Laguna. All in all a lovely stay.

The hotel is amazing. Eric, the person who checked us in was amazing! They upgraded our room without us asking. Eric brought us complimentary drinks at our room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. One of the best hotel experiences ever. Highly recommend.
