Very good one

We are a company from Portgual, since february have a many apartments booked in the Euralille, but today, after the payment by travel agency, somebody from this Hotel spoke to one of workers that should be go away cause was missing the payment, but we have all documents showing this payment... The same problem happened a week ago....They accept people without a vacancy...

Quality establishment to relax and enjoy the Lille region

This place gives you a sense of something between a block of flats and a self-catering hotel. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is very rich. You are 15 minute walk from the city centre and the train stations. Overall this is a rather basic accommodation but I would not hesitate staying here again.

This was a great simple place to stay on our long weekend away. The apartment was clean and comfortable with very easy access to Lille on the tram. The only negative was the steep stairs to the bedroom but we managed fine. Staff were very nice and made a great effort to cater for our every need despite the language barrier. We would definitely stay again/

As for the room, it was tidy and clean, perfect for an overnight stay. Location was great too, quick and easy access to main routes to ferry lines. However, you will need to arrive before 11 pm to find the reception open otherwise getting access to your room can be somehow difficult. For a start, there was very limited information on the door for late arrivals and most of it in French - which sadly I don't speak. There was a phone number to ring, but having a UK phone with me, I struggled to get through. I had to stop a passerby for help. Without his assistance, I would have been locked out for the night. Looking back, I should have been emailed all those details prior to my arrival. Yet, I'd say it was a good hotel, but make sure you arrive while reception is operating.

I kindly ask to check out 1 hour late because of my work. The hotel wanted to charge me 12 euros for that. Far from city center, bars and all attractions. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi is quite fast and stable.

Lovely Hotel, close to the city centre. Great staff, good price. We went there with our two little angels and because of the steep stairs my rating is 4/5.

Good location for Lille centre, budget option but ticks all boxes. The room smelled of cigarette smoke which wasn't ideal. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value for a couple of nights.
