Wim's Place Schiphol Amsterdam Airport

The proprietor ripped us off. The premises was dirty, linens dirty. He charged 2.5x the nearby Hilton and Sheraton for a hot, unventilated attic bedroom with dirty linens and a bathroom two floors down. He was a rip off artist taking advantage of the computer glitch at Schiphol Airport. He should be banned from your site. He charged us for a ride back to the airport the next morning when we checked in and the next morning his car wouldn’t start so he called us a taxi and tried to make us pay for that as well to the taxi driver. He should be banned from your site Wim’s Place near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

Cozy place, very comfy bed, pretty calm, good neighborhood

To be honest for that price, there is no "what you didn't like?" Maybe the fact that the bathroom is shared but it really didn't bother me at all

Price. We had to choose this accommodation as our flight was cancelled and all the hotels near the airport were fully booked. We chose ' Delux double room with a garden view'. However, when we got there, we found the room was crumped, overlooking the road and next to the shared shower and toilet room which was made it quite noisy. The bed was too soft and uncomfortable. So it was hardly 'Delux' and extremely expensive for what it was.

Mr Wim was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, there was a coffee machine, water and even welcome drinks provided for free. Mr Wim organised airport transfer very early in the morning with very reasonable price. Thank you!
