Terrible.

Terrible. It looks like a dirty youth hostel at the price of a 5 star hotel.

The host was very flexible and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I booked a room at around 10:15 PM due to a flight cancellation and was able to check in immediately. He also went out of his way to help me navigate the town and go back to the airport the following day

The owner was excellent and very helpful indeed. Arrived at 10.00pm due to cancelled flight and owner was extremely flexible.

I had to book in two crew members at 2330 to arrive immediately, after a delayed flight meant that they missed the last public transport to their destination. Wim's was the best value near the airport and he could not have been more helpful, both on the phone and when they arrived. Full marks to Booking.com - you can instantly find sensibly-priced accommodation day or night.

My colleagues didn't tell me anything negative.

There was a global conference in Amsterdam and hotels were coming in at £500 - £3,300. WIM’s place worked. It was about 7 mins from the airport. It was clean. It solved a problem as there were only 4 hotels within a 40 mile radius available. WIM was super polite and genuine. He couldn’t do enough. For me. The location didn’t work and I prefer hotels
