We had a great stay. The suites are spacious, private, and thoughtfully designed, featuring balconies that allow you to enjoy both the sunrise and sunset. The lodge is quiet and tucked away, but still close to everything. We really enjoyed the fishing ponds, hiking trails, and the pool table; though some of these are a short hike or drive away, they’re absolutely worth it. Staff were warm and personable, especially during breakfast. We’ll definitely be back.

Very comfortable, clean and homey. We felt so welcome and at home. Coming in after a long day there were beverages in the fridge, homemade cookies and cake set out. What a peaceful and relaxed environment. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay here. Service was great. Room was comfortable and cozy. Nice and quiet. Not too far from Dollywood. Could see the fireworks at night. Gorgeous view. They had nice snacks in the kitchen for the guests. Only a few small suggestions. Coffe pots in the room so guest can take advantage of having a morning coffee on the balcony and upgrade the toilet paper and Kleenex. It would just give it one more little homey touch. Would definitely stay again!!

Driving up to the lodge was nice ! As we enter it was very inviting, the staff went over and beyond ! The rooms were , clean the bed was very comfortable! They did contemporary breakfast, I wished they did lunch and dinner ! The dinning area had plenty of snacks and plenty to drink as much as you wanted ! The bathrooms very very cleaned , we shocked , because you would usually have something out of place ! Nothing here ! My husband and I just got married and we needed some along time and this place was so relaxing, hot tub on balcony with a nice view! We were staying in the Newberry Springs room ! We highly recommend others to visit!

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it ! I would say wished they did lunch and dinner as well!
