"Always a wonderful experience"

I always enjoy my stays here at the Renaissance Chicago O’Hare. Traveling here frequently for work, the staff truly make this a remarkable place to stay. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. John and Eddie in the lounge and Manny and Rosa in the restaurant are so wonderful and always make you feel at home and well taken care of.

I truly enjoy staying at the Renaissance in Rosemont IL. I have said more than once that it feels like my home away from home when I travel that is attributed to the people that you have working there. From the front desk to John and Eddie in the lounge to Manny and Rosa in the restaurant. They all remember me and my coworkers and treat us with the utmost respect and kindness.

"Concert with Bruce Springsteen"

Everything was top notch from the check process to evening dinner to check out. The only name I remember was Becky in the restaurant. I have a niece named Becky. She was friendly and efficient. We have not been hear for a long time. We will return soon.

"Excellent Service"

The food was quite good but what really stood out was the friendly, attentive and expert service of Becky, our server. She made us feel welcome and provided all the amenities of home such as providing honey and lemon for my wife's tea which lately happens.
