This is one of my favorite places to stay! Staff is super friendly, I’d like to highlight Mae specifically. Very accommodating patient and kind. 10/10, would definitely recommend to friends and family traveling to Chicago.

"Asado restaurant review"

Today I went to the Asado Urban Grill for dinner. I was very happy with the meal and the amazing service given from Becky. She was very lovely and friendly. The food was amazing especially the quesadillas which was filled with cheese. Will definitely be coming back

"I would like to come back, but it has to be better"

The room was not closed could get the heat to come on and my two lil Kids was so cold all nigh for two days I call downstairs they kept saying somebody was coming nobody ever came. I didn’t have no towels no face towel.

Nothing it was very uncomfortable couldn’t get the heat on my kids. Me and my wife was just cold. Temperature had dropped. Couldn’t get the heat on in the bathroom one clean it was didn’t have no towels.
