The property was as clean as it could possibly be…..

Needs more cosmetic, work inside and out it shows a lot of neglect this place could be amazing and has a lot of potential ..very good cleaning staff ..front desk needs work…… the pool was really nice after we got the trash out and cleaned it ourselves ..microwave did not work

"Mal servicio y nada funcionó"

Todo sucio, no funcionaba el TV, la tostadora de pan oxidada y asquerosa, la bañera tupida, las toallas tuvimos que ir a pedirlas porque nunca las cambiaron, los cestos de basura nunca los vaciaron en los dos días que estuvimos aquí, la cama la tuvimos que tender nosotros porque ellos no lo hicieron, el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba lo que provocó que tuviéramos que molestarnos en bajar para dar las quejas y un largo etc. Hablamos con la persona del front desk para que nos dieran un descuento por el servicio pésimo que recibimos y lo que hizo fue mandarnos a llamar a un número de teléfono. Terrible y asqueroso lugar.
