The pool area was nice

The room was cleaned before I got there and never touched again. The breakfast was lacking for sure and some staff didn’t speak English

I used to love breafast back in the day they had bacon eggs and sausage links now the Only thing is they had a quick and go meaning waffles,cereal,oranges and beverages like wtf.

The location was good. In a central location with lots of shopping and dining nearby. The bathroom had handicap access as requested and we were able to keep our dog with us.

The room was small and cramped with furniture. It left no room for the wheelchair or walker to maneuver. The room, particularly the bathroom, was not clean. The shower had lots of mold and mildew. The tiny kitchen had a microwave that didn't work. We had to change rooms after several days because the plumbing in the upstairs room leaked all over ours. Our bathroom was covered in water from a plumbing leak that apparently had not been fixed properly in an earlier event, which would help explain some of the mold and mildew in the bathroom. The second room was a little better but the microwave did not work at all. The wifi was haphazard at best. Poor lighting. It was a relief to be able to return home earlier than planned. Although we did not ask for a refund for the portion that was unused, the very poor management was belligerent when asked for a receipt, loudly exclaiming there would be no refund. If I had to diagnose the real problem with this hotel, it would be the management. The working staff worked very hard to maintain the hotel as well as possible and were exceptionally pleasant and helpful at all times.
