No carpet and great since we had our dog. A parking lot next door to walk your dog

When I went to booking.com it didn’t say that having a pet would cost $50 dollars extra. It would have been better to know this prior to booking. Once you’re book you’re stuck and the guy at the front desk told us after we checked in. Not cool. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 10

Location.

Room was not cleaned. No Christmas lights nor decorations when it was holiday season. So basic. Couches in room did not feel clean.

Location by Westcliff wharf and amusement park. In the area many walking trails and a train that passses by area sometimes in summer . A small surfer museum close by able to do a nice oceanfront walk on Westcliff Dr

Of course the cost always like lower.

Nice place in a decent location.

There was no way to turn on the heat, they only had a thin summer blanket and no extra blankets and it was literally as cold inside as it was outside. Front desk staff seemed sympathetic and said someone would email me but no one did other than a quick sorry through booking.com.

Fantastic location. Lovely, comfortable room and the friendliest staff. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
