Service is excellent. Location is great, you can walk anywhere, it is very close to the beach and the town. Very clean and updated. Provides coffee and toiletries. A fridge and microwave are available in the room as well. Parking is free too.

The property is in an excellent location to explore the best of Santa Cruz. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, had a coffeemaker, fridge, attractive, and was newly renovated. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I had a very good stay! Recommended!
