The bathtub did not drain ver well. When taking a shower the tub filled up with watering

Pleasantly surprised with renovated rooms. Love the nightlight in the bathroom. Safer for us elderly nighttime visitors

They got us a room after Booking.com screwed up our reservation for 4 rooms and we were going to our daughter's wedding.

Booking.com. Reservation number didn't work for the hotel but didn't know this until day of check in AND it was absolutely terrible being told that reservation wasn't on their records and no reservation with Sheryl Vacca. Rooms were all under one of our party and it took 30 minutes to figure this out (very good that we figured this out because the party was one of our children and luckily thought to consider this for a name on the reservation). We did not get one of the rooms we requested (they were sold out when we figured this all out AND I wound up with only 3 rooms (which was ultimately fine). The hassle we went through, anxiety of thinking there wouldn't be any rooms in the hotel for a family of 9 and children and not knowing what we could do the day before the wedding is something I NEVER want to experience again. Booking.com won't get any referrals from anyone in our family and I personally won't ever use you again! This was NOT the Hotels fault! Also, the EV charging place did not exist for this hotel but had a parking spot reserved for it. Did not like there was no pool for summer weather!

Property is modern, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Major defect: Impossible to read in room because of lack of lighting. Walking to downtown Sutter Creek is ify because of lack of sidewalks.

Breakfast was quite basic and although limited in offerings, adequate for a quick bite to get on the road. The hostess was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Front desk staff was very helpful when answering questions about the area.

I was surprised as to how loud the main hallway was. Also, voices from the adjoining room were annoying as they transferred beneath the door between the two. No sound barrier.

Breakfast area was very well kept. Some stains on the corridor carpet, and especially outside the side door were a bit crass.

Dog friendly. Clean! Comfortable! Would stay again!
