A beautifully appointed cozy hotel in Bruges. Breakfast was wonderful. The rooms are new, tidy, and comfortable. There is limited parking available, though costly, it was very easy for us. Our Christmas in Bruges was magical and this cozy stay was just right for our family of three. They spoiled us with cookies and chocolate and the front desk was so helpful. I will return.

The whole stay was lovely. Gorgeous hotel and facilities and friendly, helpful staff. We had a couple of issues with the safe - it seemed the battery had run out so we couldn't get it open - but apart from that couldn't fault it.

Perfect location for a long weekend in Bruges. Staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful and made some fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old building with a lovely courtyard (although too cold to use while we were there!) a stone's throw from the action but in a quiet street setting. We chose to have the buffet breakfast at the hotel which was delicious. It felt like a much more expensive hotel than what we paid!
