Hotel de Castillion

Amazing family run hotel. Great for families. Awesome location. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We loved it.

The hotel was excellent. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The location is minutes from everything you’ll want to do in Bruges although still very quiet at night. The only negative is the bath. Although elegant looking it is unpleasant to use when having a shower due to the shower curtain touching you every time you move.

A charming boutique hotel is a fanatic location. The staff could not have been more helpful.

Lovely property! From reception to common areas to the room itself, everything is outstanding! Off-site parking makes taking large luggage to the hotel a bit of a challenge, but selecting the Zant parking garage minimizes the distance.

What a charming and beautiful hotel. The customer service was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. Brugge is a must see!

It was very disappointing, the waiter was very rude, and the guests were arbitrarily suspicious and forced to deduct the money after the guest left, completely ignoring the explanation and insisting on his own way.We received a call from manager of Hotel de castillion at 1:40 this afternoon. He told me that we are charged for 240euros because the window system was broken, we rejected him because we didn’t break anything. When we check our bank account we found the money was already charged at 9:40am. Then we called him again to ask him to show the evidence. He emailed us a photo about the window handle and said it’s in our room. We try to communicate with him but he held a bad attitude and said that we are lying.We called hotel manager again. And he communicate with us with bad attidute and always say we are lying. We try to call it back and explain we did nothing however the manager turn the phone off. That’s what happened today. I don’t want to have a guess that who broke the window handle after we leave , but one thing can be sure is that everything is fine when we check out at 9 am this morning. So there is no reason and no right for the manager to charge us. We didnt broke any thing especially this item. Because nobody could sleep under sunshine with open window at early morning such as 5 a.m. At last, we dont think that item could cost €240 to fix. And I dont think as a manager could call their customer "Liar" without any evidence.
