Easy Check in , beautiful location. Golf Course looked amazing but did not have time to golf

Martha went out of her way to make our stay amazing. We really enjoyed all of the wildlife in the area. It was so cool to see the golf course is absolutely breathtaking. The only downfall was the restaurant is under renovations currently But there were several restaurants within a 5 to 6 mile distance. This location is also very close to the JW Marriott.

Stayed in a newly updated one bedroom suite that was very nicely decorated and very spacious. One story building was very quiet. Parking was convenient to our unit. The kitchen had new grey painted Kraftmaid cabinets with self closing doors. Loved having a gas range. Flooring was new in the bathroom and there was an attractive glass shower and a spacious double sink vanity. Bedroom was updated and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the resort itself was undergoing renovation and the only amenity available was the heated outdoor pool. Most of the week we were there was too cool to use the pool. The hot tub was supposed to open midweek but that didn't happen. The resort is on a golf course and the club house was closed for renovation as was the resaurant.

Pretty disappointed this trip. We stayed here last year and were pleased so we booked for this year. Though we did book through a third party, it was not a one bedroom but instead a small hotel room with a mini fridge and a microwave. They do not have laundry, or ice machines and due to renovations no restaurant or hot tub. Their excuse was it was a busy time of year. So why renovate in your busy time? Also, staff will not come into your room to replace dishes or towels until you leave. You must be present for those services. Parking is a nightmare

Great location near a nice trailhead for hiking through the Saguaros. Close to downtown Tucson and great restaurants. Excellent golf course and near Saguaro National Park. We've stayed here several times.

Jacuzzi was not working!!!

• One (1) day before we arrived, I received a long voice mail message from the property announcing an upcoming renovation of the golf clubhouse, which included closure of the restaurant and bar and other amenities. We had made this reservation through Booking.com three months earlier, and Booking charged us for the full stay in advance. When I called the property and asked why we were not notified earlier, the response was that “we only heard about this from the golf club a week ago.” • Since we were driving down from Oregon we did not want to scramble and try to change this reservation and book another property elsewhere. • The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom amenities disappointing (tiny container shampoo for two people for two nights? The coffee was terrible and no creamer was provided – I drove to the clubhouse to get some. • Even though most hotels these days have you pre-pay your stay, and then also ask for a credit card to put a hold on a security deposit “for possible damages, or having a pet in your room, etc,” the first morning of our stay we had to listen to a small dog barking right next door to us. • On several occasions wi-fi slowed down or stopped working.
