InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Lanada

Every staff member I encountered was very courteous. Amazingly they had a room available. The only con (which doesn't affect my good ratings) was the network didn't work on the 4th floor. I did notice they were remodeling so I'll chop it up as that. I'd recommend this hotel to my associates.

Location is unique of the property. There are malls and grocery shops within the walking distance.

The property is full of shady people the first night I was there cops were knock on my door about overdosing on the property I was almost robbed one nightand was proposition for drugs on numerous occasions I would not suggest staying at this property and I will definitely never be back ask for pillows on the first night and said they don't do that and found bugs throughout my room the whole entire stay overall they should condemn this place

Pitiful-inept don’t stay here they don’t want business

If you just need a place to lay your head sure because for the price you’ll get EXACTLY what you’re paying for.

This property was nothing like the photos, it’s a cheap sleazy motel that they are trying to pass off as a hotel! The majority of the guest live in the hotel and pay a weekly rate, the room they gave me was nasty and the minute I laid eyes on it I checked out, it was smoking when I asked for non smoking it also had 1 bed and I asked for 2.

For the money you pay u can’t really expect more. Its not the hilton but its safe clean and affirdable

The service was terrible. They chargers me full price for a week but I had to make my own bed and put shower curtains up before I can site down and get comfortable. And outside hotel is nasty lot of trash.

I know why the room was so cheap, so I can't complain too much. However, I asked for a nonsmoking room and it smelled terribly of cigarettes especially near the vent in the bathroom.

We were robbed blind by these racist,lying employees & their General Mgr. My husband & I aren’t racist & it didn’t bother him being one of the few white people. Other than intimidated to create to big of a scene when they packed us his room & stole hundreds of $$ of personal belongings. Tried going through easiest channels... times are tuff we’d jst like our computer l,carharts camping gear & cooler returned or replaced . Filing a police report & turning it in to our insurance worse case scenario . They’ll fight with In town Suites for us!!
