InTown Suites Extended Stay Greensboro NC - Lanada

When we walked into the room, the front of the a/c unit was coming off. When we turned it on, it completely feel off. The stovetop didn't work at all.

Tbe place was nice and clean....Ericka at the front desk was polite and professional she mabe check in and out a good encounter. I think they need to update the decor of the rooms but my stay was pleasent.

This is one of the worst hotels ever. It was the only thing available in this area.

Most terrible hotel experience ever. Fridge didn’t work, toilet overflowed, etc...

There were bugs in the room (ants, roaches, spiders) and the toilet did not flush. There were holes in the wall, wall trim was falling off, and there were crudely patched holes in the bathtub. The floor was damp where there was carpet, and sticky where there was vinyl. The room smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke and pee. The doors on the kitchenette cabinetry were missing and the trim was falling off of these as well. The worst part about staying here is that they make you pay for a week up front and will not refund your money when you inevitably leave early.

Roaches, Toilet didn't Flush, Hot Water in Bathroom Sink, Shower, and Kitchen Sink didn't get hot, Two Washers were out in Laundry room, Staff and cleaning crew were good, Pillows and Mattress were Excellent, Good TV reception

We called to confirm. Was told yes, we had the reservation, got there an hour later and was told we didn't have a reservation, pretty rude receptionist who acted like I was in the wrong.......not impressed

Had a reservation and they didn't honor it and l was out of luck,no vacancies anywhere else

Awfull place!!! They do not respect hotels.com reservations!! I don't know if Hotels.com or they were wrong, but no one advise my reservation was confirmed!!

Was not able to check in. Even with my reservation. Showed up at 8 pm the office was closed. Called the number on the door and was told they were all booked. I explained that I had a reservation and was told 'we are fully booked'. I will never stay at this hotel ever in any city. There was a convention that weekend and I had to pay $300 for one night, and was lucky to find one of the few rooms left in the city. Had I known check-in was between 3pm and 7pm, I would not have booked the room. The notice I got from Expedia only stated check in after 3 pm. Not happy at all with this hotel and their repsonse.
