"I’m one and done with Embassy Suites"

We slept I an didn’t attend breakfast the reception food the night before looked ran through broken chips flies

I didn’t like having to pay for parking at a hotel that I’m staying over night it’s not in a garage or valet . I think that’s very distasteful . Online the king suite had a full Size fridge and a stove top my room have neither . We came to relax and didn’t have the accommodations that were needed to relax

The room the and the evening cocktails and morning breakfast.

I did not like my checkin experience. The person at check in kept working did not look up and say anything. So when the couple before us left after completing their buisness my husband said T move forward. I said she did not call us but after some time we moved forward. Her only acknowledgment was slight annoyance. Then she started working with us then we were working literally with someone else. A simple please excuse me while I wrap this up or Im sorry for your wait after we drove 6 hours to arrive at your hotel would have been nice. Its often the little details that make or break an experience. Im a nurse and if her loved one was in need of care and I didn't take time to explain steps then I would absolutely be wrong in that circumstance. People must understand customer service is an art.
