Climia Belroy 4* Superior Hotel

Excellent location and very clean. Everything we needed.

Great location by main bus stop to airport. Breakfast was cold. Water in room not replaced daily.

Had a wonderful four nights in the Belroy and it was perfect for our trip. Loved it.

The room with the panoramic view was good, but I can't say the same for the rest of the hotel. AC was not sufficient, the lobby was very small and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent and unsatisfactory. They left our door open for hours one night, I've never had such an experience at a hotel before! The restaurant was the worst of all, with an awful management and unhappy/unfriendly staff. They were rude and made meals a very unpleasant experience. The food was mediocre, the salad bar was quite lacking. I would NOT go back.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Great rooms clean beautiful views. Close to everything restaurants night entertainment or just stay in hotel by the pool all day so much to do.. we had all inclusive so had breakfast lunch and dinner.. it’s was AMAZING!! Food was so good so many different options all week. The staff at the restaurant were hard working attentive to your every need. My son with autism was treated especially nice by the staff and they were kind and understanding to his needs. Do not hesitate this hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation will definitely be going back

OK but didn't live up to its very high rating. Not an 8.6, I'd say a 7.6. Indoor pool was shut indefinitely, this should have been informed before arrival, not finding out when you get there. Toilets near bar out of service so only one for the whole hotel (unisex) downstairs. No entertainment on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. Unable to use loungers as very few of them and what there were were permanently covered with towels. Small sitting area had loud music so unable to read a book. Basically it was okay but the truth is it is an expensive hotel so the tariff didn't represent great value for money. Pennypinching – had to pay for a key even to use the safe (not a combination lock). And for beach towel. Two small bottles of water in the fridge only supplied on the first date then nothing after that so the people running the business keep their costs very low indeed.

Lovely hotel, perfectly situated. Rooms were modern, clean and tidy and although right next to a busy road were really quiet at night. The hotel car park was full but check in staff directed us to a nearby underground carpark which was no problem. Food was very good as far as buffets go, staff work very hard to keep it all clean and replenished. The only slight negative was the pool is quite small and the children's pool full of sand and cloudy. Would stay again.

Very enjoyable stay in this very central location. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful.
