Couldn't fault the property and my husband fell ill unfortunately and they were amazing at getting us help and whilst he was in hospital they made sure I was well looked after :)

Great location in the centre of Benidorm. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Paid tor parking which at should be free considering the price paid for the rooms.

Overall good stay, disappointing you have to pay €12 per night to park. Good central location, staff quite attentive. Wanted to use the sauna but staff did not know how to switch on. Pool table not working, and the indoor swimming pool short of a good clean! Note for Hotel….attention to detail, green mould is not acceptable in pool area.

Great location just minutes away to the beach.close to the new town and old.Bath in room was very narrow so need to be slim to lay in it,would have been better just to have a walk in shower.Only tiled area was around bath tub the rest was bare concrete which did not look good for a 4star property.Nice room with balcony.Breakfast was okay but did get repetitive.
