no help with luggage, only one chair in room, poor lighting. only way to read in bed was to have the overhead light on

I loved the location, the two dinning areas were a great perk. The staff was wonderful and helpful.

The rates were too high. I wish all of the rooms had a mini fridge, but they don't. I also wish there was an ice machine on every floor, but there's not. You have to ask the front desk to grab you a bucket of ice from the back. Also, the front room of the suite was so hot, dark and eerily quiet.
