Location

After waiting 4+ hours for our room on Thursday night and given the run around. The floor was still wet whenever we did get to go to our room. On Saturday morning while sitting in our room, relaxing…housekeeping busted in without FIRST announcing herself and asked if we wasn’t suppose to have checked out at 11am that morning and clearly my email confirmation said Sunday, June 14th. All we received was a sorry *** apology some new room keys and a promise for dinner that we never received.

We had a great experience. Roula was the first person we met at the hotel and she helped us start the weekend right! She was very nice and helpful and very welcoming! We ended up stopping and talking to her every time we were in the lobby and saw her. She made a big impact on our trip!
