This place is dated, and needs a thorough cleaning. The bed spreads are threadbare, hopefully from washing them. Our room is on the 4th floor. People leave trash right outside their door, which tells me the maids are not taking out the trash. We came on our Harley and they wouldn’t let us park at the hotel. We had to park across the street. It’s probably because since there are floors of parking garage right outside the room doors, they are worried about bike noise. Ours is a quiet bike. We don’t like obnoxious pipe noise, however, there are tons of screaming kids making far more noise than a Harley would make. The stair areas are filthy and the place is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint. The ice bucket had no liner, so I washed it thoroughly before using. We are here for one night and I can’t wait for morning to leave. There is a water park here filled with screaming people. Since we have bike luggage, we used a luggage rack to bring our bags up to the 4th floor, as bike bags do not have rollers on them. Once we were on our floor, you can’t bring the luggage rack to your door because there is a flight of stairs going down to the floor up there because the 4th floor has multiple stair levels. We walked over to a nicer hotel to eat dinner. I wouldn’t chance eating anything here. Our Harley is worth more than most of the cars in the parking garage, but I got the feeling of being looked down upon. Don’t stay here if you are on a motorcycle. Pay extra for a nicer hotel.

Nice oceanfront view, however when I booked I specified I didn't want high up. We were on the 15th floor. When checking in I asked if anything lower was available, they said it was not.

Didn't care for the 15th floor. It was too high. When checked in the staff didn't give any directions where to park or any hotel information whatsoever.

The pools were great, lots of things to do just in the hotel

Our room was clean.the location is good.

The elevators kept getting stuck. You couldn't have your own music at the pool or your ice chest. DJ was there one day for only 3 hours.the price of the food was so high.Our stove and refrigerator needed maintenance.
