Value and location.

Food was sub-par, A/C and Hot water issues.

Location.

A/C would stop working in the middle of the night. Room stayed cool. Then it worked fine in early morning. No fitted sheets, so every night we had the sheets get out of place and we ended up sleeping on the bare mattress. Seemed like they were twin size sheets on double bed size mattress. Too small.

Room 1303 was not a Superior Room

I like the layout of hotel but hotel is old. Food was mediocre. Italian restaurant terrible. Front desk staff don’t even smile and are too rigid. Staff everywhere else great! Food mostly disappointed. Pasta hard and dry. Dessert cakes stale. Would not recommend.

My room was supposed to be a superior room with view of the garden. It was moldy with a view to the wall. My friend booked a standard room in a travel agency in Mexico, was a standard room snd she got a suite with view of the ocean and paid less than us. They are not interested in Booking.com

The grounds were pretty (deceiving cause the rooms were terrible). Pool was nice. beach was beautiful. staff were very nice.

The rooms were very outdated but not in a good way. Our room smelled like sewage so bad! it was coming from the drain or something in the bathroom. The room was lacking in decor big time, it did not have a nice feel to it. Both my kids woke up coughing at night and almost hyperventilating due to their throats swelling. I believe it was mold or something cause when I cranked the windows open it seemed to help. My husband got food poisoning really bad. All of this after only two nights there! The food was not good, we really had a hard time choosing what to eat. We just went out for food after the first day with my husband getting sick.
