The room was nice up to the point i had to kill three bugs. Seems like they were baby roaches

Kaylee and Yaz were amazing to start off their customer service was awesome plenty of information on the room, amenities, and location of surrounding areas overall took really good care of us and looked out for us in a huge way!! Definitely would recommend a stay here and will return in the future.

The room was very clean and practical for what we had in mind. The staff was friendly and helpful because we wanted an extra night stay and they we were able to stay in same room with fair prices. The ocean view was just beautiful from our balcony. I will definitely stay here again.

We all have a place where we like to go to unwind and recharge. For my wife and I, it’s the Caribbean Resort in Myrtle Beach in the fall. We’ve been coming here for the past twelve years and are never disappointed. The resort is located just far enough from the tourist attractions but near enough to the restaurants we love to visit, and the beach access is second to none! The exterior and landscaping are beautiful and immaculate and definitely give off that Caribbean beach vibe. This year’s trip was by far the best! Upon check-in we were greeted with a newly renovated lobby. It was stylish and bright with a well-stocked grab and go store tucked off to the side. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our preference is the Cayman tower and the freshly painted corridors, and new carpeting were nicely done. The best part, however, was the room renovation. Gone are the ugly carpets and instead the plank flooring makes everything clean and fresh. The rooms have an overall modern appeal without taking away from the cozy beach feel. New comfortable furniture and appointments are a plus. The Bathrooms are modern with excellent lighting. All of the pool areas are clean and the employees we encountered were friendly. We do not use the Starbucks or Ice Cream shop but always book a breakfast special at the Sea Captains' House next door. The food is always delicious, and the service is wonderful. Whether watching the sunrise or scanning the beach from the balcony, enjoying the beach or relaxing by the pool, there is no better value in Myrtle Beach than The Caribbean Resort! We are so looking forward to our next visit that we will most likely add a spring trip next year!!

I really enjoyed our stay at The Caribbean Resorts and Villas. The staff was very friendly. The Oceanfront 3 bedroom 2 bath was amazing as well as the view from the 19th floor. A definite to stay again. Thank you.

The room was bigger and roomier than I expected. Very comfortable beds. Very clean rooms. I like a room that’s always clean. And it exceeded my expectations. The bathrooms were clean and picked up everyday. I would definitely come back to this hotel to stay again

Great location and great price! Super close to the beach and everything we wanted to do. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Only downsides were that the shower water never got hotter than lukewarm and it took forever to drain. The ice machine on our floor also didn’t work, which was kind of a bummer. Other than that, it was a nice stay and a good value — we’d come back!

Everything was excellent and the ice machine was on the 2 floor not any other floor there was one on my floor at some point.

Everything was absolutely fantastic! We had a great time and the Caribbean is our number one choice! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
