The room looked nothing like the pictures

Both of the tubs wouldn’t drain. Had to put a rag under the stopper to keep it up so it would. The other one didn’t have that option so we just had to stand in water to shower. It did drain but it took awhile. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. it had looked recently redone. But not a good job of fixing as it feel off again. The dryer had laundry in it. Not sure who’s it was. And the counters was dirty. Oh and both of the bathrooms didn’t have a shower curtain. Had to go down for them to say the will bring some up. I’m not one to give a review like this unless it was bad enough for one. This is not a cheap hotel like bar harbor. With all the bad we would have had the same at bar harbor but for way cheaper.

Front desk greeting was inviting and warm. Suite waa as advertised. Hot tubs and pools were not hot/warm.

Our stay at the Caribbean Resort was phenomenal! Check-in was easy and quick, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were gorgeous. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and everything worked as expected. If I have any complaints, it's that the bedding was a little rough and the indoor pool area is in need of a renovation. But other than that, it was a very relaxing stay and we'll definitely be returning in the future.

Rooms not clean when we first arrived and paint peeling from walls and ceiling. Staff very friendly and mindful of privacy.

Close to the beach easy to take items to and from beach.... beach chairs blankets and food.

Nice room...ocean front, very clean. Friendly staff and very accommodating with issue at check in beyond their control...
