It was a great experience for a first timer!

Great place to stay. We will book it again

Building was out dated for the Jamaican property. Shower rod was broke thru drywall, paint drops all over floor, and toilet didn't work to good. Actually hotel is nice. Just don't want Jamaican building

Had been updated but there were some issues: The bathroom door was very difficult to open. The door to the living area would not close - refrigerator blocked it. Mattress was worn and lumpy. No trash can in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was fine and location was great

Close to the beach. No security at the jamicican offsite location. Rooms outdated. Mold present. A/c not working properly room was humid. Floors not clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot in rooms.

The reception to this property was great. The check in person was very welcoming and informative. We were in a girls trip with a party of 4. The room was nice however, the cleaning people need to be more observant. There were no pots and pans and we had to go out and eat breakfast after we had already shopped for breakfast foods. The Murphy bed was not clean, it had all sorts of stains on it. I slept on the couch each night. The pool area that is covered needs to be more well lit, ceiling repaired and cleaned. There was stuff falling out into the hot tub. There also needs to be someone on duty. People who have their babies in the pool without proper diapers or none at all. There were children in the hot tub. Adults come to relax in a hot tub and children should not be in the hot tub. On an occasion, I was trying to read my book, but there was a inebriated guest who was playing his music very loudly for the entire deck to hear. When I complained about it, the guy on staff did absolutely nothing, he didn’t even ask me about my complaint, which I felt should have been addressed. Also the elevators needs work. Only 2 we’re working. Overall, I feel with proper attention to cleaning and customer satisfaction, this could be a great resort to visit.

The place was right on the water for a great price.

We stayed in the Jamaican villa at the resort. It was very run down. Room had been cosmetically updated but it was in bad shape. The elevator did not work properly. Only ice machine that worked was on the 2nd floor. We stayed on 4th. Sing drained slowly and leaked. One of the lamps bulbs was out. The safety latch feel in the floor. The room had an odor which I reported. Had two other family members stay in Jamaican and there’s were just as bad. On a positive note, I visited family in the dominican tower the room looked awesome. They had no complaints. All updated. I arranged for my family to book here and now I’m the one getting complaints.
