Caribbean Resort & Villas

Rooms were clean, beach veiw was okay but one one side view was blocked by balcony and part of a wall to the left of our room. customer service was great.

Everything was excellent and staff was great

Best hotel we’ve stayed at. We stayed in the three bedroom and it was huge with so much room for the kiddos.. will definitely return

The rooms were nice after remodeling. The mattress could have been a little firmer I will probably stay again

I made reservations online expecting to stay at Caribbean Resort & Villas, but upon arrival, I was placed in the Jamaican property at 3006 N Ocean Blvd., which is located nearby. Although we had access to the amenities at the Caribbean Resort, I found the experience unsatisfactory. The staff explained that the Caribbean property only accommodates bookings for one or more bedrooms, not stated when making reservations. The Jamaican property appeared dated and located at the end of the strip, with a noisy air conditioning unit, limited electrical outlets, and mattresses that were noticeably worn and squeaky.
