My family and i spent 4nights and it was the most excellent villa ever. Traveling with my 1yr old kid, i have to say everything i needed was in the room we stayed in. Its very peaceful and quiet. I will be coming back next year. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

Staff was always polite and anything we needed was done or provided for us quickly. Pool area always clean. Loved playing cornhole beside the resort.

We had an excellent time during our stay. The room was as expected for this area of Myrtle Beach. There was only one issue: the door lock plate was missing, which prevented the door from closing and locking tightly. We ended up placing a chair under the door handle and wrapping a sheet around the handle and the inside door lock to keep it tight. It made us a little uncomfortable because our room was hidden behind the exit stair entrance. We reported it to the desk staff; however, it was not addressed or fixed by the maintenance department.

We have been staying at The Caribbean resort every year for 12 years. We just stayed there this week and we were thrilled with the new renovations! Even though we were vacationing as a couple we usually get a two-bedroom condo in the Cayman building because we like this building best and like having two bathrooms. The condo was very clean and smelled fresh and the new renovations were beautiful! I love not having carpet in my unit. I am very picky about cleanliness and can say that our unit was perfectly clean! Even the hallways have been renovated and look so bright and clean. We booked a breakfast special and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at the Sea Captains' House next door for just the cost of a tip for the server! The pool was very clean with plenty of chairs. All of the employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful. We look forward to our next vacation at the Carribean Resort!

We had good servive everything we needed we received with no problem.Easy check in and out .Peaple that brought things to our room were very nice.

They need to update the AC units. They also need to update all the sliding doors was hard to get in and out didn’t have clear directions where everything was located on the property.

We have two minor issues and they were resolved immediately. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The whole place was very clean and we will go back there for sure again
