GBClean room, decent bed and shower. No socket close to bed but was able to borrow an extension cord. All staff I spoke to were keen to help and knew their jobs. Breakfast orange juice was tasty and refreshing.
Standard of breakfast food was average. However, hot beverages available were very poor. Coffee from a machine tasted almost exactly unlike actual coffee. Teabags (don't know which brand) were little better. Personally, I feel good coffee is an integral part of starting the day the right way - sadly that wasn't available here.

BGThe only nice thing about this place was that it was the price, but at what cost.. Disgusting place!
First of all, the room was filthy when we arrived - pubic hair on the bathroom floor, dirty sheets, female hairs in the clean towels. Walking in the room and the first thing it hits is stale smelly air. There is no heating or AC which does not help. There is no power outlet next to the bed and the fan in the toilet does not work. Overall, "Quality" is not a thing it comes to mind at all!

GBGBI've been staying at quality hotel Coventry for about 2 years now with work. Staff are always polite and friendly, and rooms are generally clean. But my last stay this week, my bathroom had not been cleaned properly. It had sick all over the bath and on the bathroom floor. Safe to say, I was not impressed by this.
