GBThe rooms were clean and tidy, for a family room with breakfast was just over £150 which decent. Rooms easily accessible
The toilet in room 80 kept lifting off the floor, once you stood up it clunked, sitting down it clunked. The only reason I have put a neutral face for comfort is a have medical issues and the bed was too soft for me and felt I couldn't turn over

Miniscule bath towels and dinner menu didn’t have a lot of choice
GBGBIt was so clean , bedding comfy , lovely pillows, plenty of soap , generous tea making facilities. Staff were lovely , food was good. Great location for Coventry arena. I loved that the hotel had character and retro features like the yellow glass windows and loved the grand entrance ways etc . Great value for money

The shower not being contained and instead being in a wet-room that lead into carpet was not ideal, additionally providing a fan would be appreciated
ESGBGBBreakfast was great, good choice and quality for the price. Food was fresh and service from check in to check out was fantastic, great front of house team and maids were so polite and courteous. We arrived later than end of check in due to unforeseen circumstances and were looked after accordingly. On check out, while we were all ready for a rest, hard work was done for us, handed the key cards over, vat invoices ready to print and everything was covered. No complaints from myself and the team, well done.
