The food was very good. Location was also very good. The front desk staff (the bald man in particular) were very helpful and attentive. We found out upon arrival that we were upgraded to a bungalow for free

Very family oriented, we were a group of 3 adults. very loud at dinner times. I know this wasn’t listed as adults only but it was very (young) family oriented, even down to the entertainment in the evening.

Tout est pensé pour les enfants : piscines adaptées, places de jeux (une pour les petits, une pour les plus grands), nourriture pour enfants et vaisselle en plastique, chaise haute et lit de bébé à disposition, activités (mini club, disco, ...)

La plupart des voyageurs présents parlaient anglais, allemand ou espagnol. Très peu de francophones. Peu de personnes dans le personnel parlaient français.

We loved the hotel and staff . A few minor issues the chairs on our balcony were cracked my partner went though one of them - they were quickly replaced bed sheets had holes in them and towels had stains on them . The food is great quality but if staying more than a week be prepared to get bored and the entertainment is very good but runs on a loop so its again if you there for longer you will be very bored watching the same thing . If going Ai the drinks are great and it is top shelf stuff . The staff are what make this place wonderfull . The shopping center across the road is very run dow and at night badly lit needs massive improvement.
