La ubicación.

Piscina muy pequeña e imposible de coger una hamaca. Todas pilladas desde muy temprano y eso que había normas al respecto, que nadie cumplía y desde el personal de piscina que tampoco hacía nada por su cumplimiento. Huéspedes muy maleducados. Instalaciones antiguas y poco que ver con las fotos de la página. Baños viejos con mamparas llenas de cal. Escaleras sucias. Sin ascensor para subir maletas. Un despropósito, hotel de cuatro estrellas a que le sobran varias.

Great facilities and perfect location with the bus stop outside the hotel and the beach a 3 minute walk.

Food was good but at times due to amount of guests things ran out.

"Fantastic family holiday"

Had a fantastic family holiday. Everything was exceptional. Great for kids with the water slides and daytime/evening entertainment. Highly recommended

We found the hot dinner options were limited but we had the choice to have lunch instead and go out for dinner

"Great for kids "

Great hotel & location, rooms are everything you need & cleaned daily, meal times there is always something to suit with lots of choice & well made & presented, kids disco & entertainment show is very good, all staff are friendly & helpful & always have a smile, pool areas are great as are the parks & there's lots to keep kids happy, its very much a kids hotel so can be noisy, granddaughter loved it & found lots of friends, we loved it too & would be back without hesitation, its a great family holiday hotel.
