Overall, I enjoyed my stay and wanted to share a few suggestions that could have made the experience even better. * A hot tub on the property would have been a wonderful addition and would further enhance the guest experience. * The bathroom amenities were excellent. I especially appreciated the quality soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. One item that was noticeably missing, however, was body lotion. I ended up having to go out and purchase some, so including lotion as part of the standard amenities would be a thoughtful touch. * Sara and Joseph were very kind, friendly and extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. * The location is good and connected well to a bus service close by to Banff (Roam no 3 ) within a walking distance . * Restaurants and grocery stores are all close by too.

* As there are no elevators available, assistance with luggage for guests staying on the second floor would be greatly appreciated, particularly for those with mobility concerns or heavier bags. * We asked for room cleaning as we had stayed for 4 nights...and they came, but did not replace the 3 towels for 3 guest...they only left 2 towels. *They didn't even bother to take away and replace the dirty glasses ...they just left them in the room sitting there dirty. *The shared kitchenette lacked any plates or cutlery...what do you eat in or heat your food in ? *The shower had great pressure and hot water but left a horrible puddle in the bathroom and the bath mat had to be squeezed every time one of us had a shower. * We had a king suite which had a king bed and a sofa bed too .the sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable and the springs could be felt when you slept on it. * The constant noise of the train was quite disturbing when you wanted to sleep.

Hotel cerca del centro del pueblo y de zonas de restauración. La cama muy cómoda. Tienen una zona de estar con chimenea muy agradable

The hotel has a great location, with supermarkets, gas stations, and many restaurants nearby.

It would be even better if an electric kettle could be provided.

Very clean and comfortable. A rustic mountains feeling.

A bit pricey.

Beautiful room and liked the sauna

Under the sink edges was dirt that fell away as I splashed water around the sink.

Location was great, room was very clean! Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful
