"Good hotel but the bathroom needs to be fixed"

The shower, it has a partial glass wall but the actual shower head has a flow that can’t be adjusted. The entire bathroom including the bathroom sink and the toilet gets sprayed on and soaking wet. The bathroom walls are already warped.

Our stay at Basecamp Lodge in Canmore was absolutely amazing. Cozy atmosphere, beautiful mountain views, and such a relaxing place to unwind after exploring the Rockies. Everything felt warm, clean, and welcoming — we can’t wait to come back again.

Personal freundlich, hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren sauber.

Absolut schlechte Lage des Zimmer‘s. Erdgeschoss, jedes Auto fuhr direkt an 3 Fenstern vorbei. Jeder Gast der ausstieg konnte ins Zimmer schauen. Ständig lauter Zug Verkehr. Einfach ein ganz schlechte Zimmer Lage.
