"Gorgeous place, fabulous staff, a little gem, but further improvements could make it a 10/10"

Loved the vibe, the place, the rooms, the staff, the ease of it all

The pool is super cute and lovely, but the over-engineered disability chair is unnecessary - and is a dangerous feature for regular guests as it takes over the pool. There are inclusive and more discreet options out there. This would put me off coming back.

"Girls Weekend"

We celebrated a girls weekend and the White Elephant was the perfect place for us! The hotel was so beautiful and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Special shoutouts to Christian, Sebastian and Junior who made are stay all the more enjoyable!

"White Elephant had the best customer service"

From the time I pull up in front of the White Elephant hotel the excellent service started. We were greeted and the luggage was taken from our car and brought inside. Every staff member here was friendly and knowledgeable throughout our whole stay. It was the best hotel that I have stayed in throughout palm Beach County. It is close to the beach and shopping.

"Palm Beach Birthday trip"

We visited Palm Beach for our girls 14th birthday! The entire staff went above and beyond to make all of us feel welcome and special! From the birthday banner and balloons in the room, to knowing our names when we walked in. The staff was always available to help us! Everyone was very attentive and very nice!! It was a wonderful trip!!!!
