The room was neat and clean well presented, the air conditioner was a little off took a long time to cool down. Bed sheets were a little itchy. Room needs a ceiling fan. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Little too talkative for my liking but some people would enjoy that.

"Mom's 80th Bday!"

Celebrated our Mom's 80th birthday with the most amazing staff here. They made her feel so special each day with their greetings and compliments. The entire staff was above and beyond! The service was top notch, the accommodations were clean and comfortable ~ the valet team was exceptional! Thank you all so much!

"A breath of fresh air in Palm Beach!"

My husband and I just returned from an amazing two nights stay at the white elephant. We loved our room, the location, the staff and the amenities. It was like a home away from home. Not like the old tired boutique hotels you may experience in Palm Beach. But a fresh new find in an up-and-coming developing area of Palm Beach. We can't wait to return!

"Perfect weekend getaway!"

We had a wonderful experience at the White Elephant. We were a group of 8 women on a weekend getaway and repeatedly commented that despite the hotel being full, we felt like we were the only guests the entire time. The staff was so incredibly attentive, helpful, kind and just overall exceptional. Every question, request, idea was handled as though we were the only people around. It was lovely and we felt so pampered. We could not have been happier. It was a 10/10 experience and we are already planning a trip back. Thank you to all!
