To say the service was impeccable would be an understatement. My 91yo dad is in a wheelchair and the front desk team and bell hops (esp Sebastian and Christian) were very hospitable and accommodating. It made a world of difference in our stay. We were very impressed!

we love the White Elephant Palm Beach. The service was amazing. Keisha and Dasha at the front desk were consistently reliable and helpful. The bellman/drivers were fantastic taking us anywhere we needed to go. The restaurant, LoLa 41, is really great as well.
